Burglary in Coventry, two mailboxes vandalized

COVENTRY — Police are investigating a burglary and vandalism that was reported in Coventry on Sunday.

The incident took place on Alderbrook Road at around 9:20 a.m.

Police say that an unknown person stole a red Honda CRF dirt bike from a garage.

At a nearby home, two mailboxes were reported vandalized.

Police say evidence found at the scenes suggests the same person was at both residences.

The victims are listed as Philip Mathieu, and Benoit Leriche, both of Coventry.

Anyone who has information about this incident is being asked to contact the State Police in Derby.
