FAIR HAVEN — A 31-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Fair Haven earlier this month.
On Tuesday, police say they arrested Justin T. Schroeder, of Fair Haven, following an investigation into a local theft.
On October 9, police were called to Dollar General.
Following an investigation, police found that Schroeder allegedly entered Dollar General in violation of a no-trespass order, grabbed beer, and left without paying for it.
He was arrested and issued a citation to appear in court to answer the charges of retail theft, and unlawful trespass.
