COVENTRY — A 32-year-old man from Sutton was arrested following an incident in Coventry yesterday.
Authorities say 911 was notified that Wesley Kidder had entered a home on Main Street at around 2:00 a.m and assaulted two household members.
Kidder had fled the scene prior to state police arrival.
Police say Kidder hurt both household members during the incident.
He was located yesterday afternoon in Sutton, when he crashed his vehicle while attempting to flee from law enforcement.
Police say he fled on foot and was located after an extensive search.
He was arrested for an outstanding warrant for 2nd-degree aggravated domestic assault and also charged with two new counts of 2nd-degree aggravated domestic assault and one count of burglary.
He was taken to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing and later held at Northeast Correctional Facility without bail.
