Kidder had fled the scene prior to state police arrival.

He was located yesterday afternoon in Sutton, when he crashed his vehicle while attempting to flee from law enforcement.

Police say he fled on foot and was located after an extensive search.

He was arrested for an outstanding warrant for 2nd-degree aggravated domestic assault and also charged with two new counts of 2nd-degree aggravated domestic assault and one count of burglary.
