FAIR HAVEN — A 50-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Fair Haven on Sunday.

Authorities say they were notified of a citizen dispute on Washington Street at around 9:30 a.m.

While investigating the dispute, police say John M. Partch, of Fair Haven, asked to go to the hospital.

Police told him that they would transport him to RRMC.

While transporting him, police say he began to throw police equipment out the window of the police car to include the car’s in-car computer.

Police say Partch then threatened harm to the officer.

He was arrested and issued a citation to appear in court to answer to the charge of disorderly conduct, and unlawful mischief.
