LONDONDERRY — A 49-year-old man from Saxtons River was arrested following an incident in Londonderry.
On November 15, authorities say they were notified of a complaint regarding Daniel A. Zimmer, for allegedly violating conditions of release.
Police say these conditions had been set forth from an aggravated domestic assault charge in March 2019, and a prior violation of conditions of release charge in July 2019.
Police say that Zimmer had violated the two sets of previously set conditions by attempting contact with the victim.
Zimmer was arrested yesterday, and charged with violating conditions of release.
He has been ordered to appear in court today.
