ISLAND POND — A 26-year-old man from New Hampshire was arrested for domestic assault following an incident in Island Pond yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a family disturbance at a home on Middle Street at around 1:00 p.m.
Police allege that Eric Rohena Jr., of Ossipee, NH, caused bodily injury to a household member.
Rohena was taken into custody and transported to the Derby barracks.
He was lodged for lack of $500 bail and is due in court today.
