GUILFORD — A 44-year-old woman was arrested following an incident in Guilford early this morning.

Authorities say they were notified by multiple 911 calls regarding a home on Butternut Hill Road, where someone was heard repeatedly screaming for help at around 12:50 a.m.

Police arrested Hillary Lamoureux, of Guilford, after they say she physically assaulted another household member in front of troopers.

Lamoureux was transported to the Westminster barracks for processing.

She was issued a criminal citation and conditions of release prior to being lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility due to her high level of impairment.

She is scheduled to appear in court today to answer the charges of domestic assault, and resisting arrest.
