ARLINGTON — A 62-year-old man was charged with assault following an incident in Arlington yesterday.
Authorities were notified of a physical fight between a man and a woman on Vermont Route 7A at around 6:00 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that John P. Reardon, of Arlington, owned the home and hit a woman tenant in the neck with his hand.
Reardon was taken into custody on the charge and issued a citation to appear in court
