RUTLAND — A 31-year-old man from Rutland was arrested for violation of conditions of release on Wednesday.
Authorities were notified of a disorderly man in the parking lot of the Green Mountain Plaza at around 5:30 p.m.
Police say they located a man matching the description in the parking lot of the Cortina Inn.
The man was identified as Travis Bunnel.
A conditions of release check revealed Bunnell had multiple active court-ordered conditions of release to include a 24/7 curfew at his home.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Rutland barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear in court and released.
