DERBY — Police say they are investigating a retail theft that took place in Derby last month.
On December 21, authorities were notified of the theft at Price Chopper.
Police say the store has video surveillance of the suspect entering the store and concealing several items in his jacket.
He is then seen exiting the store without paying for any of the merchandise.
A photo of the suspect was released by police this week.
