BENSON — A 53-year-old man was arrested for violating conditions of release following an incident in Benson yesterday.
The incident took place on Stage Road at around 10:50 p.m.
Police say Keith Prevost violated three active court conditions.
He was ultimately lodged at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility.
