WALTHAM — A 24-year-old man from Burlington was cited following an incident in Waltham yesterday.
Authorities were notified of a family fight at a home sometime between 4:00 a.m and 6:30 a.m.
Police allege that Jervon Montgomery caused bodily injury to a family or household member.
Montgomery had fled the scene by the time police arrived.
Today, he turned himself in to authorities.
He was released with conditions and a citation with charges of domestic assault and violation of conditions.
