RUTLAND — A 36-year-old man was cited following an assault in Rutland yesterday.
The incident took place at the Ninety Nine Restaurant at around 6:50 p.m.
Police say Jason Gagnon, of Rutland, was cited for assault.
He is accused of assaulting Antonio King, of Wallingford.
Gagnon was cited to appear in court to answer the charge.
