MONTPELIER — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Montpelier on Sunday.

The crash took place on Elm Street at around 2:00 p.m.

The occupants of both vehicles were uninjured.

The road was wet with recent snowfall at the time of the crash.

Police say a rental car with summer tires was traveling north on Elm Street before the crash.

The driver lost control on the slippery road, began fishtailing, and slid into the opposing lane, striking the side of an oncoming vehicle.
