WATERBURY — A 44-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Waterbury yesterday.
State police say they apprehended Freddy Coram, of Waterbury, based on a warrant for his arrest.
Coram was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Middlesex barracks for processing.
He was brought to the court where he was held on $10,000 bail to answer to the charges of arrest on warrant, and fugitive from justice.
