Police: Erratic driver arrested for DUI-drugs in South Burlington

SOUTH BURLINGTON — A 32-year-old woman from St. Albans was arrested for DUI- drugs in South Burlington on Saturday.

Police say they were notified of a vehicle driving erratically on Interstate 89 south around 11:50 a.m.

Responding troopers intercepted the vehicle and say they observed several motor vehicle violations.

Police identified the driver as Lauren Santamore.

Following an investigation, police say they arrested Santamore for suspicion of DUI-drugs.

She was transported to the Williston State Police barracks for processing.
