ROCKINGHAM — A 53-year-old man from New Hampshire was arrested following an incident in Rockingham yesterday.
Authorities were alerted to multiple complaints of an erratic driver on Route 5 at around 3:11 p.m.
Police say the driver, identified as Michael R Howland, of Manchester, NH, continued south after failing to stop for them.
Howland eventually came to a stop and was taken into custody.
He was cited for negligent operation and eluding a police officer.
