DERBY — Police are looking for two drivers involved in two separate hit-and-run incidents this weekend.

The Vermont State Police were advised of a single-vehicle crash on Vermont Route 105 in Derby at around 6:00 a.m. this morning.

The vehicle, a 2010 Dodge Caravan, was traveling west when it left the south side of the road and hit a telephone pole.

The driver was not at the crash scene when police arrived.

Police were notified later this morning that sometime overnight a fence on Shadow Lake Road in Glover was heavily damaged by a vehicle.

The victim reported hearing a loud vehicle during the evening hours.

Police say they believe a large Ford vehicle caused the damage and left the scene traveling west.

Anyone who may have witnessed either crash or knows the drivers involved is being asked to contact 334-8881.
