President Obama welcomed Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his wife Sophie Gregoire Trudeau to the White House as part of a state visit.
During his speech, he made reference to the Haskell Free Library, which is located in both Derby Line, Vermont, and Stanstead, Quebec.
He also mentioned both towns during this speech.
