Utica police seek information on woman missing since 2004

UTICA — The Utica Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Alayssa Wines, who has been missing since 2004.

Authorities are offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to her whereabouts.

The case has remained unsolved for nearly two decades, with investigators continuing efforts to find Wines.

Mohawk Valley Crime Stoppers is assisting with the investigation and collecting anonymous tips.

Those with information can submit tips through the Mohawk Valley Crime Stoppers website at www.mohawkvalleycrimestoppers.com or directly at www.p3tips.com.

Tips can also be called in to 1-866-730-8477 (TIPS).

The public can download the P3TIPS Android app to submit information anonymously.

All tips will remain 100% anonymous, according to authorities.
