NORTH HAVEN — A 16-year-old New Haven juvenile was arrested Monday after allegedly stealing a vehicle from BJ’s gas station, according to North Haven police.
Officers responded to the gas station at approximately 3 p.m. Monday following reports of a stolen vehicle.
Upon arrival, police found the juvenile being restrained by the victim.
Investigators determined several vehicles had been stolen from the area by multiple suspects.
The stolen vehicles were recovered from various locations, including Universal Drive in front of Dick’s Sporting Goods, as well as in New Haven and Shelton.
The juvenile was charged with Larceny 3 and Conspiracy to Commit Larceny 3.
Police said the investigation remains ongoing.
No injuries were reported, and the victim’s vehicle was quickly recovered.
