ROYALTON — A Sharon woman is facing her third DUI charge after a single-vehicle crash Sunday night in Royalton.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police Royalton Barracks responded to the crash on South Windsor Street at approximately 10:19 p.m. on March 30.
While speaking with the driver, Jessica L. Potter, 39, of Sharon, officers observed signs of impairment.
Following an investigation at the scene, Potter was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Potter was transported to the Vermont State Police Royalton Barracks for processing.
She was later released with a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division, on April 15 at 8:30 a.m.
Potter will face charges of DUI, third offense, according to state police.
