HALFMOON — A 68-year-old Halfmoon woman was arrested Monday after allegedly damaging another person’s vehicle.
Brenda Harvin was charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, a class D felony, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a vandalism complaint on Friar’s Gate in Halfmoon at 8:26 a.m. Monday.
Investigators allege Harvin intentionally scratched another person’s vehicle, causing damage exceeding $1,500.
Harvin was arraigned before Judge Ellwood A. Sloat Jr. in Malta Town Court and released on her own recognizance.
She is scheduled to appear in Halfmoon Town Court for further proceedings.
