CHELSEA — Vermont State Police arrested a local woman in connection with a burglary at Free Verse Farm Shop on N. Common.
Troopers responded to a late-reported burglary at the business at 10:49 a.m. on June 29, 2024.
Upon arrival, officers confirmed forced entry had been made to the building.
With assistance from the Vermont Forensic Laboratory, investigators identified Jessica L. Partlow, 41, of Chelsea as a person of interest.
Partlow was located on March 14 by the Berlin Police Department.
She was issued a no-trespass order for the Free Verse Farm Shop and received a criminal citation to appear at the Orange County Superior Court – Criminal Division.
Partlow is scheduled to appear in court on April 23 at 8:30 a.m. to face charges of burglary and unlawful trespass.
