ELLICOTTVILLE — The Ellicottville Police Department arrested Mitchell R. White, 26, of Buffalo on charges including first-degree reckless endangerment, unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, and multiple vehicle and traffic law violations.
The arrest followed a pursuit in the Town of Ellicottville on Feb. 22.
White was arraigned in the Town of Ellicottville Court and was released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to respond to the charges.
The Ellicottville Police Department was assisted by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office K9 unit.
