FAIRFIELD — A burglary at a local pumphouse was reported to the Vermont State Police on Jan. 5, after Danielle Corey, 32, of Enosburg, discovered her property had been stolen.
The incident occurred around 9:25 p.m. at 2004 Metcalfe Pond Road, where surveillance footage captured a suspect in a light-colored hoodie and dark pants removing items from Corey’s pumphouse.
Among the stolen goods were three yellow precision tappers, a Stihl 201TC Chainsaw, and an Echo 2511T Chainsaw.
The Vermont State Police are currently investigating the crime and seeking assistance from the public to identify the suspect.
