JAY — Vermont State Police are investigating a Christmas Day burglary at the Jay Village Inn, where two suspects stole liquor and cash after forcing their way into the closed bar.
Police said a man and woman entered the establishment around 9:58 a.m. and broke through two doors to access the bar and storage area.
The suspects took multiple bottles of liquor and the cashier box.
Troopers responded to the scene at 11:44 a.m.
