Suspects identified in South Portland shooting incident

SOUTH PORTLAND — Police have identified two suspects in connection with a shooting incident that occurred Tuesday evening in the parking lot of Kobe Steakhouse on Gorham Road.

The South Portland Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Navinn Ean, 21, of Westbrook, and Jonathan Hanson, 21, of Buxton.

No injuries were reported in the incident, which damaged a vehicle.

Ean faces charges including reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, and driving to endanger.

He also faces three counts of violating conditions of release from previous arrests.

Hanson is wanted on charges of reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, criminal mischief, and terrorizing.

Police are also searching for Ean’s vehicle, described as a blue 2018 four-door Dodge Charger with Maine Black Bear license plate SRT74.

Authorities urge the public not to approach the suspects or the vehicle if spotted, but to contact local law enforcement or call 911.
