1 min read

BROCKTON — In a significant narcotics investigation earlier this week, Brockton Police Detectives confiscated an illegal firearm, various drugs, and ammunition, leading to the arrest of three men on drug-related charges.

The coordinated effort, supported by the Massachusetts State Police and the Brockton Police Department Patrol Division, culminated in charges against Mark Robichaud, John Encarnacion, Jr., and Carlos Vicente.

Vicente has also been charged with weapons offenses, which include the possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and trafficking in cocaine.

The successful seizure and arrests highlight the ongoing commitment of local and state law enforcement agencies to combat illegal drug activities and gun violence in the community.

Further details on the investigation and the specific substances recovered have not been released.

The suspects are currently awaiting arraignment, where they will face the charges brought against them.
