NORWALK — Norwalk police are conducting an investigation into a hate incident that occurred near City Hall after receiving reports of discriminatory flyers found scattered on the streets this morning.
The Combined Dispatch was alerted to the presence of the paper flyers, which bore messages prejudicial to certain cultures and religions, presented in multiple languages.
The offensive material was discovered on several streets in the vicinity of the municipal building.
Authorities are urging the community to assist in the investigation.
