DUXBURY — A 68-year-old Hyde Park man was cited for simple assault following an altercation with a Duxbury resident, according to Vermont State Police.
Troopers from the VSP Berlin Barracks were called to the scene at Wescott Road at about 11:34 a.m. Thursday, where they found probable cause that Felipe Dager had assaulted 26-year-old Michael Allen.
The Washington State Attorney’s Office reviewed the case, and Dager was later processed at the VSP Berlin Barracks.
He was released with a citation to appear at the Washington County Superior Court Criminal Division to respond to the charge.
The court date was not immediately specified in the police statement.
