BRATTLEBORO — A 63-year-old Wardsboro man was arrested Monday on an active in-state arrest warrant for unlawful mischief, Vermont State Police said.
Gary Guerin was located by a trooper on Putney Road at 10:18 a.m. Monday.
The warrant stemmed from an unspecified incident, prompting police action.
Following his arrest, Guerin was transported to the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division to answer to the charge.
Details regarding the specifics of the mischief were not immediately made available.
