NEWFANE — A single-vehicle rollover crash on Blueberry Circle led to the arrest of a Newfane man on charges of DUI and negligent operation, Vermont State Police said.
Troopers responded to the incident at about 8:15 p.m. on Dec. 10, where they discovered Anthony J.
Paraspolo, 40, had been operating a 2010 Subaru Forester.
Following an investigation, authorities determined that Paraspolo was impaired at the time of the crash.
He was taken into custody on suspicion of his second DUI offense and negligent operation of the vehicle.
Paraspolo was transported to Grace Cottage Hospital for a medical examination and was subsequently released with a criminal citation.
He is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on Jan. 21 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charges.
