WEBSTER — A Millbury man has been charged with sexually assaulting an employee at a Webster fast food establishment, police said.
Webster Police Department reported that Officer P. Trainor was dispatched to the scene of the alleged assault at approximately 11:28 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30, following an incident that occurred the previous day.
The victim, an employee of the fast food outlet, told Officer Trainor that during her break, she was approached by a frequent customer known to her as “Tony,” who requested a cigarette.
After a short conversation, as she tried to leave, the suspect forcibly grabbed her and took her to a secluded area where he sexually assaulted her.
The victim managed to escape and return inside the establishment.
The investigation, aided by Officer Ebbeling, led to the identification of the suspect as Tony Grebinger, 42, of Riverlin Street, Millbury.
On Nov. 20, Officer Trainor obtained an arrest warrant for Grebinger through the Dudley District Court.
Grebinger was arraigned the next day at the Dudley District Court, facing two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person and assault and battery.
