RUTLAND — On Dec. 5, just after 9 p.m., Vermont State Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute on Ravin Ln in West Rutland.
Troopers from the Rutland Barracks arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation.
They determined that 29-year-old Devin Pierro had caused pain or bodily injury to a household or family member.
Pierro was arrested and taken to the Rutland Barracks for processing.
A judicial officer was notified and set conditions for Pierro’s release.
Pierro has been cited to appear at Rutland Superior Court – Criminal Division on Dec. 6 at 12:30 p.m. to face charges related to the incident.
