TOPSHAM — The Topsham Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman whose picture has been circulating in the community.
Officer L. Shirland is leading the effort to discover the identity of the pictured female.
Details regarding why the woman is being sought or the circumstances surrounding the photo have not been disclosed by the department.
