FAIRHAVEN — With vehicle break-ins on the rise during the holiday season, Fairhaven police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect caught on camera this morning.
Around 6 a.m., a Ring Camera recorded an individual allegedly entering a vehicle that was not theirs on Cedar Street.
As days grow shorter and the holidays approach, such incidents tend to increase, prompting police to issue a warning and seek community support.
The Fairhaven Police Department has called on anyone who can identify the suspect or who may have additional footage to contact the Detectives Division or Officer Christopher Bettencourt at 508-997-7421.
Authorities have expressed gratitude in advance for any help provided by residents in apprehending the suspect and preventing further thefts during this vulnerable time of year.
