MANCHESTER — A Massachusetts man faces multiple charges following a brief pursuit by New Hampshire State Police on Sunday evening.
At 7:27 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 1, Sgt. Kyle Foster of the Troop B barracks observed a 2006 Jeep Commander weaving in and out of its lane on the F.E.
Everett Turnpike near the Interstate 293 merger in Bedford.
When Sgt. Foster attempted to stop the SUV, the driver failed to yield, prompting a chase.
The pursuit concluded shortly after the driver, later identified as Theav Sith, 54, of Lowell, Massachusetts, exited at Exit 5 on I-293 northbound and pulled over on Granite State in Manchester.
Sith has been charged with aggravated DUI, reckless conduct, disobeying an officer, and resisting arrest.
Following his arrest, Sith was released on cash bail and is expected to appear for arraignment in Manchester District Court later this month.
