PORTSMOUTH — Portsmouth Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying several individuals captured in blurry photographs related to an ongoing investigation.
The incident in question occurred at the Home Depot on Durgin Lane on Friday, Oct. 11.
Despite the low quality of the images, authorities are hopeful that community members may recognize the persons of interest and provide information that could be crucial to the case.
