RICHFORD — Vermont State Police responded to a domestic dispute on Green Ave. on Nov. 28 at 11:09 a.m., resulting in the arrest of 23-year-old Raven Hendrix.
Authorities confirmed Hendrix had an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court, with a bail set at $2,000.
During the investigation, police determined that Hendrix had violated active conditions of release and had assaulted a member of the household.
Hendrix was taken into custody without incident and transported to Northwest State Correctional Facility to address the warrant.
A judge later set bail at $10,000 cash surety for the new offenses, which include Second Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault and Violations of Conditions of Release.
Hendrix is scheduled to appear in Franklin Superior Court on Dec. 2 at 1 p.m. to face these charges.
In accordance with privacy policies, the Vermont State Police have not released the name of the assault victim.
