WILTON — After a hit-and-run incident occurred at the intersection of Isaac Frye Highway and Bennington Battle Trail, the Wilton Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect vehicle.
On Nov. 25 at around 3:20 p.m., a black SUV with Massachusetts plates was involved in an accident that resulted in property damage.
According to police reports, the vehicle, which is suspected to have front-end damage, was last seen heading south on Isaac Frye Highway.
The SUV is reported to have been occupied by three individuals, including a female driver.
Authorities are urging anyone with surveillance cameras in the area to review their footage, which may help in identifying the vehicle’s registration and contribute to the ongoing investigation.
