Multi-agency raid in Lyndon nets drugs, weapons, cash

LYNDONVILLE — A combined effort by local and federal agencies led to a significant drug bust and the arrest of two men in Lyndon on Nov. 22.

Lyndonville Police Department, supported by the Vermont State Police, Essex County Sheriff’s Department, Vermont Drug Task Force, and the Department of Homeland Security, executed a search warrant at a residence located at 731 Hill Street at approximately 5 p.m.

Authorities discovered a large amount of cash, three handguns, two assault-style rifles, a shotgun, and various forms of cocaine during the operation.

All items were seized by the Lyndonville Police Department.

Kendrick Mills, 28, and Isaiah Wilson, 21, were arrested at the scene.

Both men face charges related to the sale and possession of cocaine.

The successful raid highlights the ongoing collaboration between local and federal law enforcement agencies in combating drug-related crimes in the region.
