SPRINGFIELD — Springfield Police Department officers arrested a woman on an in-state warrant Wednesday after responding to a call at Springfield Plaza.
Sarah King was taken into custody around 12:49 p.m. after police located her in a green Toyota minivan outside US Cellular.
Officers Guzzo and Singleton, who had previous law enforcement contact with King, identified her as she entered the vehicle.
According to the police report, dispatch confirmed King’s active warrant shortly after she was detained.
She complied with the officers and was arrested without further incident.
King was processed at the Springfield Police Department and subsequently transported to the Woodstock court to respond to the charges.
