SPRINGFIELD — A man wanted on an in-state arrest warrant was apprehended by Springfield police officers without incident outside a residence on White Street on Nov. 5.
Joshua Crowson was taken into custody at 10:54 a.m., according to a Springfield Police Department press release.
Officers Singleton, Guzzo, and Woodell were involved in the arrest after Crowson was located at the address.
Crowson was processed at the Springfield Police Department before being transported to Windsor County Criminal Court to face the charges.
The police department clarified that matters of bail and incarceration fall under the jurisdiction of the judicial system, including judges, court clerks, and the state attorney’s office.
