WHEELOCK — A single-vehicle accident on VT Route 122 resulted in minor injuries for a Sheffield resident on Nov. 19.
Corey Raymond, 56, lost control of his 2024 Subaru Forester around 9:18 a.m. while driving south near the Wheelock/Lyndon town line.
His vehicle went down an embankment and overturned, according to the Vermont State Police.
Raymond, who was wearing his seatbelt, was transported to Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) with suspected minor injuries.
His vehicle was totaled in the crash.
Local authorities from the Lyndonville Police Department, Sheffield-Wheelock Fire Department, Lyndonville Fire Department, and Lyndon Rescue assisted at the scene.
B&B Towing removed the damaged vehicle.
