WINDSOR LOCKS — Windsor Locks Police Department responded to a 911 call at Homewood Suites, 65 Ella Grasso Turnpike, where officers discovered three adults suffering from suspected narcotic overdoses.
Upon arrival at the scene, police found one individual unresponsive, another conscious with a needle in his arm, and the third semi-conscious.
Emergency medical services were on site, and various amounts of Narcan, a medication used to block the effects of opioids, were administered to the victims.
All three individuals were transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
Windsor Locks Police Department detectives also responded to the scene, and while the investigation into the incident is ongoing, no charges have been filed at this time.
Due to the open status of the investigation and the medical nature of the incident, police stated that no further information would be released.
