WATERFORD — A Waterford man was arrested late Saturday night on multiple domestic assault charges, according to the Vermont State Police.
James Lunnie, 42, was taken into custody at 11 p.m. on Higgins Hill Rd. after troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks came in contact with him.
Lunnie was known to be wanted on an outstanding in-state warrant that included charges of first-degree aggravated domestic assault, with two counts, and domestic assault.
Following the arrest, Lunnie was processed at the St. Johnsbury Barracks of the Vermont State Police.
He is scheduled to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court on Nov. 13 at 12:30 p.m.
After processing, Lunnie was transported to the Northeast Correctional Complex and held on $200 bail.
