PLYMOUTH — A 62-year-old driver was apprehended Wednesday night following a police chase on Interstate 93 that ended in Plymouth after State Troopers deployed a tire deflation device.

New Hampshire State Police reported that at 9:12 p.m. on Oct. 30, Troopers from Troop D barracks were alerted to a 2014 Ford Expedition being driven erratically northbound near mile marker 64 in Sanbornton.

Trooper Benjamin Olmstead spotted the vehicle and attempted to pull over the driver, later identified as Tamaralynn Sirard of New Hampton, after observing continued erratic behavior.

Sirard did not comply, resulting in a pursuit that extended into Plymouth, where members of Troop F managed to deploy the tire deflation device to halt the SUV.

Sirard is facing charges including aggravated DUI, disobeying an officer, criminal mischief, and reckless conduct.
