WHITING — A 60-year-old Brandon man has been accused of stealing from a farm stand on Leicester Whiting Road, authorities said Monday.
State troopers responded to the theft report at approximately 10:12 a.m. on Oct. 19 after Tracy Simonds, 49, of Whiting, reported items missing from her farm stand.
Following an investigation, Scott Malinowski was identified as the suspect.
Malinowski was issued a citation on Oct. 24 to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division on charges of petit larceny.
The court date has been set for a later time.
The Brandon Police Department provided assistance with the investigation.
